Now my son is 5 years old. I can’t believe how time flies so quickly. I still can remember when my daughter and son were babies. First, with my daughter, I told myself that I needed to breastfeed her, but then problems arose 3 weeks after I give birth to her. I had a surgery, so I had to stop breastfeeding her. Then my hubby took over the job and introduced our daughter to baby formula while I was in the hospital. I was so proud of my husband that he took care of the transition from breastfeeding to formula. The next day my daughter was okay with the formula and now she is a healthy 8 year old girl.
Then after 3 years, I got pregnant again and this time it was a boy and I couldn’t rely on my breast milk because he was a big guy, so my hubby and I decided to supplement him with formula and he liked it. Then after a week or two my breast milk was gone so we ended up with the formula and he was a healthy boy. On my own opinion, feeding my kids with formula was really okay and the result was wonderful. But I did breastfeed them both for a 3 week period after the delivery.
