Dieting is a hard thing to do and I need to focus on my goal and that is to lose weight. I also need to start eating less food and I need to work on that because that is my weakness. Every time I get stress I comfort myself with food, yes I eat more when I’m stress and I’m sure that is not helping my diet.
I need to be healthy for my family and I’m just really having a hard time losing all this extra weight inside me. I am taking a diet pills and I’m hoping that this will work for me. I hope that I can manage to lose some weight without over working myself.
